Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, identifying opportunities for process optimization across SAP FI/CO modules.
- Solution Design: Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for the configuration and customizations of SAP solutions.
- Configuration: Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules.
- Implementation: Lead the implementation solutions, managing project timelines and ensuring successful deployment.
- Testing: Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure the solution meets functional and business requirements.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of FI and SD modules with other SAP components such as MM (Material Management), TMS (Transportation Management System), and other business applications.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing functional and technical support to users and resolve issues within the SAP system.
- Training & Documentation: Map, develop and deliver end‑user training and create comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and support procedures.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and improve existing financial processes within SAP, identify areas for AI automation, and recommend practices.
Profile
- 5‑7 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international industrial group.
- International exposure and experience with cross‑border collaboration.
- Team collaboration skills.
- Can‑do attitude and hands‑on approach with high level of energy and initiative.
- Ability to manage upwards and proactive attitude.
- Willingness for 10% domestic and international business travel.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Relevant IT certifications with strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Private or Public Cloud).
- Solid expertise in either SAP FI/CO (including Chart of Accounts) or SAP SD, with exposure to SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Business fluent English and Italian are requested; additional language skills are a plus.
