Job Title: Project Quality Manager
Job Description:
Experience with offshore platforms is required.
* Plan and implement the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) activities within the project.
* Plan and ensure the implementation of Project Quality Control (QC) activities.
* Report project data and information to the Company Quality Manager following corporate guidelines.
* Act as the focal point for quality matters within the project and liaise with external entities.
Tasks:
* Define and implement the PQMS; prepare and distribute Project Quality Plans and procedures according to the Company QMS.
* Maintain the integrity of the Company QMS when changes are made for the project.
* Monitor the correct implementation of the Project QMS through quality audits and review audit reports.
* Coordinate activities promoting contractual quality requirements and conduct external audits to vendors and subcontractors.
* Allocate and manage quality resources in liaison with involved functions.
* Support the Project Manager in client and authority relations regarding quality.
* Ensure preparation and issuance of QC specifications, coordinate checks with technical departments and clients.
* Implement site QC activities, manage nonconformities, and promote actions to prevent or eliminate issues.
* Lead knowledge sharing, training activities, and lessons learned processes.
* Manage customer satisfaction processes and ensure project quality data is properly reported and updated.
* For drilling activities, supervise and verify subcontractor inspections and reporting.
Requirements:
* Certification in Directive PED pressurized equipment directive and Atex.
* Technical knowledge of offshore platform quality control.
