The incumbent serves as the Operations and Maintenance Division, Maintenance Program Manager, and primary point of contact for all Directorate of Public Works (DPW) O&M in-house and contractual preventive maintenance tasks and projects. Responsible for overall management, control, development, coordination, and execution of assigned programs. The Maintenance Program Manager coordinates within the DPW to define maintenance needs, assess resources, and develop action plans for projects. They work independently to resolve issues and coordinate with shop Foremen and Branch chiefs. The role involves reviewing and monitoring program execution, making adjustments as needed, and ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and regulations. The manager also provides briefings on program status, manages project documentation, and coordinates procurement processes.
Note: The tour of duty is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Applicants must have at least 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the UA-01 grade level, demonstrating the knowledge, skills, and abilities related to the duties of this position.
Note: Candidates must be fluent in both Italian and English, with excellent writing skills.

A certified Diploma di Perito Industriale Capotecnico in Elettrotecnica e Automazione or Meccanica is required. An engineering degree (mechanical or electrical) is highly desired but not mandatory. Registration as a professional engineer or as a 'Responsabile Tecnico' in relevant professional orders within specified timeframes is strongly recommended.
