Position Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Space Industries, you will play a key role in driving our recruitment efforts across various functions, with a specific focus on engineering and technical roles related to small satellites. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and contribute to building a talent pipeline to support the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
 * Manage the entire recruitment process for engineering and technical positions within the company.
 * Collaborate with the engineering teams to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
 * Sourcing, screening, and evaluating CVs for candidates with specific expertise in the engineering field.
 * Conduct phone and in-person interviews to identify the best talent.
 * Support communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
 * Utilize major recruitment tools, including job boards and social media.
 * Manage recruitment-related documentation.
 * Track and report on recruitment metrics.
Requirements
 * Junior Prifile : 3 - 4 years of experience in recruitment, with strong knowledge of engineering profile selection.
 * Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong results-oriented approach.
 * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage candidate relationships.
 * Good knowledge of online recruitment tools and social media (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
 * Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
 * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in humanities, psychology, or a related field (preferred).
 * Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
 * Knowledge of the aerospace sector is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
 * Experience in recruiting for aerospace companies, particularly small satellite or space technology sectors.
 * Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
 * Strong understanding of the challenges and trends in the aerospace industry and the small satellite market.
