The Data & BI Engineer will support the evolution of the company data platform and Group Business Intelligence environment, contributing to the development of a modern, reliable and scalable data ecosystem.
The role will work with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and advanced tools for data integration, data modeling and analytics, with the goal of strengthening the company BI framework and enabling effective, consistent and sustainable use of data across the organization.
Key responsibilities
* Support the development and maintenance of the company data platform
* Design and implement data integration and transformation pipelines from ERP, CRM, databases, files and other business sources
* Work with Microsoft Fabric to build modern, scalable and governed data environments
* Develop, optimize and maintain datasets, data models and dashboards in Power BI
* Contribute to the definition of standards, methodologies and best practices for Business Intelligence
* Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across reporting solutions
* Work closely with business functions to collect requirements and translate them into concrete data solutions
* Document data flows, models and processes, promoting knowledge sharing within the team
* Contribute to the evolution of the company data architecture by introducing innovative tools and approaches in analytics and reporting
Required qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in Data Engineering, BI Engineering or similar roles
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
* Experience in designing and managing ETL / ELT pipelines
* Strong SQL skills
* Good knowledge of data modeling, Power Query and DAX
* Familiarity with modern data architectures, including data lake and data warehouse concepts
* Ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
* Hands-on attitude, autonomy and result orientation
* Good command of English, both written and spoken, required to operate effectively in an international environment
Preferred qualifications
* Experience in industrial or multinational environments
* Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
* Experience with data governance and data quality topics
* Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems

* The salary range for this position is between €37.000 and €39.500 gross annual salary. The final compensation package will be defined based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications assessed during the selection process, in accordance with objective, transparent, and gender-neutral criteria.
