Grafton is partnering with a leading Italian company in the poultry meat industry to find an experienced
Export Manager
to drive international growth across European markets.
Directly reporting to General Manager, the Export Manager will: Develop and manage relationships with international clients (distributors, retail chains, GDO). Define and execute export strategies aligned with business goals. Explore new markets and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
What we’re looking for: Proven 5 years of experience in export sales, ideally in the meat industry. Fluent in English; Spanish or French or German is a strong plus. Strategic mindset, negotiation skills, and a hands-on approach. Willingness to travel across Europe.
