A solid, family-owned business specialized in plastics compounds.
The role:
Reporting to senior management, you will support the R&D; function in daily laboratory activities, product development, and technical improvement projects.
You will contribute to formulation development, testing, troubleshooting, and collaboration with production and commercial teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on laboratory work while gradually expanding their responsibilities within a growing organization.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in R&D; of plastics compounds
Solid technical knowledge of formulations, testing, and lab activities
Comfortable working in evolving, non-corporate environments
Fluent English
