This role involves managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, compensation, compliance, and records management.Key Responsibilities:Partner with local and European leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.Ensure standardized processes and policies are applied according to company strategy and local needs.Drive organizational development based on input from senior management and line managers.Manage talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and development programs.Support and coach line managers and leaders in strategic decision-making and organizational effectiveness.Ensure compliance with employment legislation and manage labor relations.Maintain relations with trade unions and industrial associations.Oversee headcount, labor costs, and workforce planning within budget.Execute recruitment processes effectively.Promote engagement and culture-related initiatives.Participate in local and broader organizational projects as needed.Partner with EHS to foster a safe work environment.Collaborate with Legal to ensure GDPR compliance.Identify training needs, coordinate, and evaluate training programs.Manage internal communication strategies.Position Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment.Strong professional HR experience in a multinational company.Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.Proficiency in English.Empathetic, operational, with a can-do attitude.Passion for operations and business, curiosity, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
