Based in our headquarter office in Carpi, we are looking for a Digital Project Manager. You will be the link between the business and the IT Team, working with internal and external partners to deliver process and systems changes on time and on budget. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the defined budget, timeline, and scope. You will follow implementation of changes supporting the change management activities, all the way through business adoption. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES - Working closely with the Product & Sales business team to help identifying areas of improvements; - Bring structure and methodology within the business functions; - Identify the need of new more efficient process where required; - Work with the system vendor in the deployment of the tools required by the business area; - Document and support the deployment of the “To Be” business process; - If required support the training material prepare and deliver the training in partner with the key user identified; - Monitor project making sure the system is implemented on time and on budget; - Overlook the integration partner, making sure all interfaces are built correctly; - Monitor vendor in the production of the training material; - Support in the training execution, identifying key users; - Support team on the adoption of the new tool. JOB QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS and ATTITUDES - Proven 5 years of Project Management and related experience; - Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics or similar; - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred; - Fluent in English, both speaking and writing; - Proven ability to solve problems creatively; - Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle; - Excellent analytical skills; - Strong interpersonal & communication skills and extremely resourceful; - Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline; - Deep knowledge of MS Office Package and MS Project; - Expertise on SAP projects preferred.
