We are looking for a bDirector of Space Business Development /b to join our team and contribute to this exciting journey. /ph3Position Overview /h3pThe Director Business Development will play a key role in expanding our company, working directly with the management team to drive development and growth activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business development, preferably in the aerospace sector, and a strong interest in emerging technologies, with a particular focus on small satellites. This individual will work closely with engineering and commercial teams and will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing new client relationships, and managing the lifecycle of negotiations. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliBusiness Development Strategy: Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with the company's vision and small satellite solutions /liliClient Acquisition: Acquire new clients and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, primarily at an international level /liliNegotiation Management: Lead negotiations and manage the sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification to closing /liliCollaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with the technical team to ensure that proposed solutions align with client needs and company capabilities /liliMarket Analysis: Monitor and analyze trends in the space market, with a particular focus on small satellites and emerging trends /liliMarketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales support materials, including presentations, documentation, and communication strategies /liliBrand Development: Promote the company's visibility and reputation at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities /liliReporting Management: Prepare regular reports for management on the status of business opportunities, negotiation progress, and performance analysis /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliExperience: At least 5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the space sector, with a focus on satellites and emerging technologies /liliTechnical Skills: In-depth understanding of satellite technologies, particularly small satellites (Small, Micro, Nano Satellites) /liliEducation: Degree in engineering, physical sciences, economics, or related fields. An MBA or master's degree in a relevant field will be considered a plus /liliLanguages: Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
