Clivet SpA is now looking for a dynamic and proactive Global Regulatory Intelligence & Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This role will be a key resource for monitoring, interpreting, and communicating international regulations affecting our products across different sites.
Responsibilities
* Regulatory Monitoring & Interpretation: Continuously monitor, identify, and interpret international regulations, standards, and guidelines relevant to our products—both mandatory and voluntary ones. And that means keeping an eye on the world.
* Regulatory Updates: Prepare and share regular Regulatory Updates so everyone stays in the loop and the right people get the right information at the right time.
* Internal Coordination & Support: Establish and maintain a strong internal network across different sites, serving as the primary subject matter expert for regulatory topics. Organize and lead regular info-sharing meetings with international groups to foster alignment and a shared understanding of global requirements.
* Guidelines & Best Practices: Define and create standardized guidelines, templates, and best-practice documents to support compliance across the organization.
What are we looking for?
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with experience in the HVAC industry.
* At least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product compliance, or a similar role, preferably in a global manufacturing or technology company.
* English is mandatory as you will be dealing with international regulations and international colleagues.
* Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
* Office location: Feltre, Padova, or Milano—choose one as your preferred location.
