Your Role And Responsibilities
We are looking for motivated and tech-passionate individuals to:
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to design, develop, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
- Develop interactive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and self-service reporting models to support business decision-making
- Build and optimize semantic data models, ensuring consistency, usability, and performance across datasets and reports
- Create and maintain advanced reports using DAX, applying best practices for calculations, measures, and data visualization
- Work with cloud-based data sources, including Amazon Redshift and Amazon Athena, leveraging DirectQuery connections when required
- Contribute to dataset performance tuning, report optimization, and overall scalability of BI solutions
- Document reporting requirements, technical specifications, and implementation details to support delivery teams and clients

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Analytics projects
- Hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
- Knowledge of DirectQuery connections to Amazon Redshift and Amazon Athena
- Strong understanding of semantic modeling, data relationships, and dataset design principles
- Practical experience with DAX, advanced reporting, and dashboard development
- Ability to optimize dataset performance, report usability, and visualization efficiency
- Experience in building business dashboards, KPI frameworks, and self-service analytics solutions
- Good knowledge of SQL and data querying concepts
- Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective reporting solutions
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Agile mindset, willingness to learn, adapt to changing priorities, take initiative, and apply critical thinking
- Knowledge of RDBMS concepts and relational data structures
- Familiarity with AWS services in analytics environments
- Exposure to Data Integration and ETL tools
One Of The Following
- Experience with data warehousing and analytical data models
- Familiarity with enterprise reporting and performance management scenarios
- Understanding of BI governance, workspace management, and deployment best practices in Power BI
- Exposure to cloud-based analytics ecosystems and hybrid data architectures
