Ph3Internal Audit Manager EMEA – Automotive Business /h3 pJoin our Global Risk Assurance team and be part of strengthening governance, risk management, and internal controls across SKF Automotive. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessment. /li liLead and perform operational, financial, and compliance audits across the organization. /li liEvaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements. /li liSupport the development of audit methodology and tools. /li liCoordinate with external auditors and other assurance providers. /li liMonitor implementation of audit recommendations and follow‑up actions. /li liProvide insights and recommendations to senior management and the Audit Sustainability Committee. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree in finance, accounting, or related field. /li liSeveral years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or financial control. /li liKnowledge of internal control frameworks and risk management. /li liExperience with digitalised audit tools and data analytics techniques. /li liFluency in English, both written and spoken. /li /ul pAdditional qualifications that are a plus: /p ul liAdditional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CISA, or equivalent. /li liExperience from a consulting or advisory environment (e.g., audit firm or multinational company). /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pThis position can be based at one of our preferred Automotive sites in EMEA, such as Airasca (Italy). We can also consider candidates based in Tudela (Spain), Saint‑Cyr‑sur‑Loire (France), or Gothenburg (Sweden). /p pWe offer a flexible hybrid working model, with a local contract.
