The Business Controller will support the execution of controlling activities in compliance with De Nora Corporate policies/procedures, international standards and local regulations. Main tasks and responsibilities: - Preparation and support of annual budgets/forecast and rolling monthly projections of business results- - Preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting with related comments- - Analyze variances and communicate variance explanations to management with recommended actions where appropriate;- - Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant Controllers, Shared Service Center and others to identify and discuss issues, and suggest improvement- - Preparation of profitability calculations and variance analyses, including commenting on variances- - Ad hoc analysis on Manufacturing KPIs and comparison Standard/Actual product costing- - Ensuring coordination with Accounting, Sales and Production depts- - Supporting Cost center reporting and fixed costs analysis- - Execution of the monthly closing process in SAP- - Monitoring CAPEX and project accounting (WBS)- - Participation in or takeover of controlling projectsEducation and professional experience: - Degree in Economy or similar- - 3-5 years experience in controlling.
