Area Site Manager Electrical
The Area Site Manager Electrical is responsible for the correct execution of the erection of the electrical system and the instrumentation, in accordance with the contractual time schedule, design and technical requirements. Achieve the contractual milestones related to the erection phase and coordinate sub‐contractors.
Tasks
Supervision of the installation of the electrical system and instrumentation.
Verification that the erection company is carrying out the job according to the time schedule, design and technical requirements.
Check the planning of resources of the erection company.
Interface with the engineering departments for resolution of any issues that may arise during execution of works.
Check and signing of erection completion documents.
Coordination management of vendors and contractors.
Attendance at the meetings with the customer on the progress of the works and assistance advisory for the resolution of any technical issue raised by the same.
Daily reports to the general site manager about progress, technical issues, safety issues and organizational issues.
Preparation of erection protocols and preparation of the as‐built documentation.
Technical assistance during trial and commissioning phases.
Qualifications
Leadership to coordinate, manage and control the electrical / instrumentation erection activities in an industrial plant.
At least 3/5 years of professional experience in the construction of steel processing plants.
Knowledge in site erection and commissioning activities management preferred for steel plants.
Very good written and spoken English.
Ability to work in a team and flexibility.
Willingness to travel worldwide.
Organizational skills, sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
Open‐mindedness towards new approaches and innovations.
