Are you a data-driven finance professional ready to scale with us? We are looking for a Financial Controller to shape our financial strategy and drive international growth.
Based at our Milan Headquarters (near the Molino Dorino station), we are looking for a Financial Controller to oversee financial control activities across all our Group entities. You will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting principles, and enabling data-driven decision-making at the executive level. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
Coordinate and consolidate annual budgets and periodic forecasts across various business units.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance and key variances, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Audit & Compliance: Support internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Special Projects: Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects, including ERP upgrades, automation, and performance improvement initiatives.
Experience: 4–6 years of experience in management control or FP&A;, ideally within international or multi-entity environments. Proven track record in group consolidation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Tools: Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Power BI).
Education & Languages: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Fluent in Italian and English.
Experience with capital markets, investor relations, or M&A; is considered a significant advantage.
Compensation: Competitive salary (€40 - 45 K - Gross Annual Salary) + €8 meal vouchers for each working day.
