Ensure each menu change aligns with Big Mamma’s artistic direction and is rolled out with precision and on schedule. /ppUphold Excellence in Food and Presentation : Be the ambassador of our artistic vision, ensuring that every dish and table setting reflects the authenticity and quality that companyis known for. Monitor and analyse the menu’s performance, making data-driven adjustments to meet our objectives. /ppCoordinate Special Projects : Lead exciting new projects such as new restaurant openings and special festive menus, working closely with the Executive Chef and the Group FB team. /ppEnsure Data Integrity : Maintain the quality of data across all tools used for menu development, including internal databases and point-of-sale systems. /ppStay Ahead of Food Trends : Keep abreast of both UK and international food trends to continually evolve our menu offerings while staying true to our Italian roots. Conduct price benchmarking and inspiration research to keep our offerings competitive and exciting. /ppuAnalyse Performance : /u Work with the Group FB team to analyse the food offering performance. Use metrics such as spend per head and margin contribution to inform future menu changes and recommend adjustments as necessary. /ppuGuarantee Quality : /u Ensure that our dishes meet the highest standards in taste, presentation, and execution. Monitor weekly performance reports and client feedback, implementing action plans to maintain excellence in our client food experience. /ppbWhat We’re Looking For : /b /ppA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field. /ppA genuine passion for food and experience in menu engineering. /ppExceptional organisational and communication skills. /ppStrong analytical thinking and performance analysis experience. /ppbUnderstanding of professional food production. /b /ppA keen sense of aesthetics in FB and the ability to communicate our artistic vision. /ppFluent in English.
