Responsibilities
* Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for network solutions that align with organizational goals and operational needs. Conduct internal assessments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in network solutions.
* Solution Development: Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to develop and implement network solutions. Ensure solutions meet quality standards and support the organization's operational requirements.
* Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of network solutions, from planning to implementation and optimization. Plan and execute upgrades and enhancements to maintain solution relevance and effectiveness.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback for solution improvement. Tailor network solutions to meet organizational demands and enhance user experience.
* Performance Monitoring: Analyze solution performance using key metrics and data analytics to make informed decisions. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
* Collaboration and Communication: Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to achieve solution goals. Engage with stakeholders to align network strategies with organizational objectives.
* Innovation and Sustainability: Encourage sustainable practices and innovation in network solution development to align with Syensqo's commitment to decarbonization and circularity by design.
Education and experience
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (such as PMP, ITIL, or network-specific certifications) is a plus.
* Proven experience within IT infrastructure or network management in a global corporate environment.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and managing network solutions, with a focus on strategic planning and lifecycle management.
* Strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful network solutions that meet organizational needs.
* Experience in engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective network solutions.
* Familiarity with industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies in network management and infrastructure.
