The resources will be included in teams providing international hedge funds, private equity investors, insurance companies and credit funds with strategical advice regarding all the alternative investment spectrum of our clients, i.e. the sale and purchase of loans secured by real estate properties, MA deal and infrastructural/healthcare transactions, including also ongoing projects dedicated to Data Centers and Life Science hubs and to the trading of so called “mission critical” assets. The Capital Advisors/Capital Markets team supports clients also with solutions for their investment and deployment strategies and for capital structure needs including access to various forms of real estate debt that best suits their business objectives. Scope of the Role:The new team member will be primarily focused on the Alternative IP – Data Centre sector, while maintaining ongoing collaboration and cross-pollination with projects led by other members of the Capital Advisors team.Main activities:Analysis of real estate investment opportunities;Preparing financial models for different asset classes and purposes (e.g. financing, company valuation, transaction analysis);Preparing presentation materials (e.g. Teasers, Information Memorandums, Pitches, company profiles, market and activity reports); Preparation of market analysis based on the elaboration of business trends and economic conditions relevant for the real estate industry and for our clients;Working closely with the project team to support analytical and research analyses with also direct participation to structured processes with client meetings, calls, property tours and roll-up sessions;Continuous collaboration with other Capital Markets team members and other CBRE’s business lines (e.g. Industrial Logistics, Valuation, Asset Services, Hotels etc).Gaining in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry sector, lenders and investors universe and main underlying funding metricsSemi-independent management of market analysis and sales processesSemi-independent management of meetings with clients in the relevant sectorRequirements: Degree in Finance/Economics/Corporate Finance or Engineering/Architecture and Management are preferredFluent in English both written and spokenExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)2 years of experience in Capital Markets ActivitiesPrevious experience in DC-Logistics department is a plusSoft Skills: Strong motivation and important attitudeAbility to work under pression and to match tight deadlinesGoal oriented, focused on business objectives with attention to detailsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a team (with strong relationship skills)Commercial acumen and client management skillsAbility to carry out site inspections independently – valid driver’s license required
