Our Cluster
Our cluster is in Colturano (MI) and it supports the distribution network of Lely Centers in South-East Europe and Turkey. We are a young and enthusiast team, consisting of 40 people distributed between Colturano office and Istanbul branch office.
Job Description
Your role
The Junior Accounting position is responsible for operational support for basic accounting, administrative and tax activities under the supervision of a senior accountant.
This position will provide accounting support to the Financial Accounting areas, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Your responsibilities
- Booking and reviewing domestic and foreign supplier and customer invoices, including VAT compliance (e-invoicing).
- General accounting records for the active and passive cycle
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Management, verification and booking of expenses reports
- Basic General Ledger including journal entry creation
- Ownership of the Corporate credit card
- Bank accounts reconciliation
- Contacting suppliers and clientes for administrative matters
- Preparing and updating internal reports
- Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of selected balance sheet accounts
- Management of administrative documentation and archiving
- Management of the general services of the office
Qualifications
Your profile
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- 1 or 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- You speak and write English and Italian fluently ( English professional)
- Attentive to details, well organized in planning and focused on execution
- Ability to work in a team
- Organizational skills, prioritizing a varied and demanding workload
- Ability to maintain positive interpersonal relationships and provide professional assistance to coworkers and other stakeholders
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects
- Solution-driven mindset and collaborate with an approachable spirit
- Self-motivated: willingness to grow professional skills and abilities
