As a Sales Coordinator you are passionate about supporting the sales team in its commercial activities outside the company. Your responsibilities include: Ability to be hands-on supporting the sales daily operations Handling incoming calls and e-mails related to commercial processes Planning the agenda, appointments and meetings for the Hotel Director of Sales Database maintenance in Excel and Opera, account profile for the Hotel Director of Sales Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records and prepare reports Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, PP presentations for the Hotel Director of Sales Assist in organizing sales events, road shows, and company functions Attend client events and Trade Shows and Road Shows when requested Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material Supports the Director of Sales with the development and implementation of any and all sales projects and activities Working closely with the headquarter sales coordinator and sales team Exceed expectations revealing: A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality Excellent communication skills Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse Positive mindset, self-drive and initiative.
