JOB DESCRIPTION
PERMANENT OPENING
The employee will serve on board an offshore drilling rig.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Main tasks : cooking for crew and guests, delegate the kitchen staff;
* Ensure safe and clean working practices in accordance to HACCP and Company's policies.
* Ensure proper storage of all items in accordance with HACCP;
* Ensure product freshness and food safety in accordance with HACCP.
REQUIREMENTS
* English level B2;
* Covid 19 vaccination;
* Tetanus vaccination;
* HACCP;
* STCW VI / 1
