The Director Europe BU is ultimately responsible for the business development and successful execution of the aggregate multi‑year European Operations Plan for the specific focus area (Vendor, Customer, Portfolio), establishing and maintaining winning relationships with the vendor and key reseller customers and directing local country leads in the execution of their applicable strategy. /p h3What You’ll Do: /h3 ul liDeveloping and executing the AOP, value propositions, and tactical quarterly plans. /li liMaintaining the main partnerships (Vendor and Customers) to enable the plan. /li liIdentifying, evaluating, and helping to close possible acquisitions to accelerate the plan. /li liOwnership of the execution of European sub‑operations plan, achieving quarterly and annual business objectives. /li liDrive the building of programs and campaigns that can be executed across multiple countries. /li liEngage with Country Management exec teams in quarterly reviews and planning sessions. /li liPresenting at public events to audiences of different levels and capabilities and being a visible thought leader of the applicable focus in the IT channel. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For: /h3 ul li5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in the IT sector, ideally within a Vendor, Distributor or Partner environment, with proven exposure to European markets. /li liExcellent command of English, both spoken and written.
