About the Position:
We are looking for a Venaria MS Logistic Coordinator who will join the Site Logistics team, reporting directly to the Motorsport Head of Supply Chain; this position is based at our office in Venaria Reale (Turin area).
Please consider that the company's smart-working policy is only partially applicable to this role (1 day per month).
Your Responsibilities will be:
* Ensure correct and timely management of deliveries (incoming / outgoing);
* Implement best practices and improve methodology to make the logistics flows lean and efficient;
* Guarantee proper feeding to subcontractors and to Production in collaboration with Planning Team;
* Organize and control logistics flow, internal and external, ensuring inventory accuracy;
* Support the Logistic Team in case of issues with forwarders, brokers, and customs to ensure timely deliveries of goods (incoming / outgoing);
* Elaborate and analyze periodic reports for the assigned site KPIs (e.g., inventory accuracy), keeping the Head of Supply Chain informed;
* Analyze inventory discrepancies, internal and at subcontractors, and related root causes to define corrective actions, in collaboration with Production/Planning, R&D, suppliers, Purchasing, and the Head of Supply Chain;
* Optimize transport costs;
* Keep the warehouse clean and tidy, respecting safety, health, and hygiene regulations;
* Manage and support team management and projects related to logistics and warehouse management.
What Qualifications you will bring:
* At least 4 years of experience in logistics warehouse management within a manufacturing company where logistics are linked to production flow. Experience in transport and material planning is a plus but not the focus.
* At least 1 year of experience in managing warehouse white-collar staff;
* Bachelor's degree (Management, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management preferred);
* Fluent in Italian and English;
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel);
* Excellent knowledge of SAP (MRP + Supply Chain functionalities);
Other skills that we would welcome:
Accountability, attention to detail, ability to handle stressful deadlines, and focus on long-term goals are essential. Experience managing logistic projects like new logistic tools design and implementation is a plus.
