Through events that effectively communicate our value proposition and brand personality, you will assist our business in amplifying brand awareness, strengthening client relationships, solidifying our thought leadership positioning, and driving market growth. /ppThis position requires close collaboration and alignment with the business product and marketing management communications team, as well as the corporate marketing team and local sales organizations to execute marketing activities and events that drive sales and increase market share. /pliYour responsibilities /liliBrainstorm a yearly calendar of events, coordinate the submission of the potential events for approval and creation of an event pipeline from countries, regions, segments and BU /liliProject management of Grid Integration’s strategic and flagship events /liliPlan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives, and deliver on plan /liliBrainstorm with a variety of stakeholders and implement event concepts and themes /liliPlan and execute pre-event promotional activities (social media, event apps, multimedia tools, etc.) /liliManaging branding and communication /liliSourcing and negotiating quotes with vendors and suppliers /liliMonitoring timeframes and budgets /liliHandling invoices and payments /liliResearching and securing venues, handling logistics like shipping /liliEnsure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur /liliHandle relations and logistics for senior executives / VIPs /liliAnalyze the event’s success and prepare reports /liliEstablish a blueprint of best practices for events : roles and responsibilities, templates, checklists, reusable assets, etc. /liliRequirements /liliBSc / BA or equivalent work experience in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred /liliAt least 5 years of proven hands-on experience as B2B event manager /liliSkilled in project management /liliCommunication and marketing skills /liliOutstanding negotiation ability /liliExcellent organizational skills /liliHighly creative /liliMulti-tasker /liliProblem-solver /liliGood time management /liliComputer savvy; proficient in MS Office and other software /liliBasic familiarity with technology for hybrid events /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
