La Risorsa Umana, Employment Agency and Recruitment Company – CASTELFRANCO VENETO (TV) – for a well-established industrial company, part of an international group and leader in the environmental services and circular economy sector, strongly oriented towards sustainability and innovation, is looking for: Senior R&D; Manager – Environmental Services / Recycling (Mandatory Industry)
Location: Near Asolo / Bassano del Grappa area (Treviso), Italy
The selected candidate will play a key role in the Research & Development department, working within an international and structured environment, in close collaboration with both local teams and international headquarters.
Main responsibilities include
Leading R&D; projects focused on waste treatment, recycling and material recovery processes
Developing innovative solutions to improve sustainability and process efficiency
Supporting the industrialization and scale-up of new technologies and processes
Collaborating closely with operations, engineering and commercial teams
Monitoring industry trends, technologies and regulatory developments
Contributing to innovation and continuous improvement projects
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in R&D; roles within environmental services, waste management, recycling, or closely related sectors (mandatory)
Degree in a technical field (Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or similar)
Strong background in industrial processes related to waste treatment, material recovery or circular economy
Proven experience in translating research into practical and scalable solutions
Fluent English (mandatory for international collaboration)
Good knowledge of digital tools and data analysis systems

We will only consider candidates with direct experience in environmental services, waste management, recycling or circular economy sectors.
