PEton Bridge Partners have been retained by a global engineering and infrastructure solutions provider to appoint a Regional Finance Leader, EMEA, within one of their subsidiary businesses. This role, reporting into the Regional VP EMEA and with a matrix line to the Global CFO, will provide critical financial leadership across the region and is a key hire to support the company’s ambitious growth agenda. /ppThis role will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy, strengthening controls, implementing global systems, and building a high-performing finance team. The successful candidate will also work closely with senior operational leadership to enhance project financial oversight, drive cost discipline, and ensure cash flow visibility. /ppbKey Responsibilities Include : /b /ppLead all aspects of financial management for the EMEA region, including PL ownership, balance sheet oversight, and cash flow management. /ppProvide financial support to strategic regional growth initiatives. /ppImplement global finance processes locally, including ERP roll-out, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting systems. /ppBuild and lead a regional finance team, with a strong focus on team development, succession planning, and capability building. /ppManage all financial reporting and compliance matters, including tax, statutory accounts, and adherence to IFRS. /ppOversee project finance and controllership, including POC accounting, cash flow management, and project performance monitoring. /ppManage banking relationships and local financing in coordination with the central treasury function. /ppbThe Ideal Candidate Will Have : /b /pp8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in project-driven businesses such as engineering, construction, or infrastructure. /ppExperience leading finance in mid-sized organizations undergoing transformation or post-merger integration. /ppStrong background in project accounting (including POC), cash flow management, and financial operations. /ppExperience implementing ERP systems and driving digital finance transformation. /ppA strong character with the resilience to work in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment. /ppExposure to multinational operations, ideally with multi-currency. /ppKnowledge of IFRS and familiarity with consolidation and group reporting processes. /ppProven ability to build and lead diverse, high-performing teams. /ppbMust be based in (or willing to relocate to) Milan. /b /ppuDisclaimer : /u Eton Bridge Partners receives extensive applications to advertised opportunities, and as much as we endeavour to respond promptly to each application we would advise that if you have not received communication within 10 working days consider your application unsuccessful at this time.
