Contract: Full-time ContractDuration: Initial 12 months (extension likely)Start: ASAPLocation: Milan, ItalyProject Type: Pharmaceutical / Consumer Healthcare Manufacturing We are currently supporting a large manufacturing site near Milan experiencing increased activity driven by new product introductions and ongoing validation requirements.As part of the site's expansion and validation workload, we are seeking experienced Cleaning Validation Engineers to support hands-on execution activities.The validation systems and SMEs are already established. This role is focused on protocol writing, execution on the shop floor, and documentation support across multiple active projects.Multiple hires are planned, with further validation projects expected throughout the year. Key ResponsibilitiesExecute Cleaning Validation activities in line with GMP requirementsDraft and review cleaning validation protocols and reportsPerform risk assessments and define sampling strategiesSupport swab and rinse sampling activitiesCoordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teamsEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures Requirements3–5 years of experience within pharmaceutical xpavfwm or regulated manufacturing environmentsStrong hands-on experience in Cleaning ValidationProven experience writing and executing validation protocolsSolid understanding of GMP requirementsExecution-focused mindset (not SME/strategy level)Strong on-site presence required If this opportunity aligns with your background, please send your CV to and I will contact you to discuss next steps.
