Test & Commissioning Technician/Engineer
Purpose of the Job
Execute test and commissioning activities on field in support to one or several Projects
Key Accountabilities
* Execute testing activities:
o in support to one or several Projects on railway signalling systems under the direction of his / her hierarchy
o according to the testing procedure / documentation and following Subsystem T&C Engineer a/o Leader instructions
* Ensure defects identification and correction (trouble shooting)
* Check that the test tools are in perfect working order and calibrated.
* Replace defective equipment and ensure its repair in accordance with the procedures in force
* In the event of a non-conformity observed during the commissioning phase, make a return experience (REX) towards the project, and ensure that all design related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including the defect description and associated test context
* Deliver the committed performance in terms of Quality, Costs and Deadlines and in compliance with Alstom policies, local standards and regulations (in particular EHS and Railway Safety)
Performance Measurement
* Efficiency and proactivity during the execution of the T&C tests
* Compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards
* Quality of anticipation, monitoring and reporting
Location: Bari, Bologna or Rome site
