Company Description provides tailored,, assembly, testing, commissioning, on-site installation and integrated logistics services for all market segments in which it operates: New Builds, Fusion, Plant Operation Assistance, Decommissioning and Waste Management. Position Responsible for the aspects of nuclear safety and licensing of nuclearplants and infrastructures, from the definition and implementation of the basic criteria of defense in depth to the declination and verification of safety requirements (including functional safety), ensuring the consistency of the design with the international safety standards.Main responsibilities- Functional analysis of systems (and systems of systems) with a specific focus onsafety functions and safety requirements- Expertise in FMECA analysis in order to identify critical issues andprevention/mitigation strategies/actions- Coordination of multi-disciplinary sessions for HAZOP and/or PIRT analyses- Probabilistic risk and safety (including, RAMI, fault-tree, reliability block diagram)- Identification of internal/external initiating events and hazards- Definition of safety cases for nuclear power plants and infrastructures- Applicability of international guidelines, safety standards, and nuclear codes- Risk analysis Requirements - Master degree in Nuclear, Aeronautical, Aerospace, or Naval Engineering with a fo-cus on safety. The Ph.D. is considered an advantage.- 3 years'experience, including at least 2 years in the field of nuclear safety- Excellent command of the principles of Nuclear Safety Culture- Experience in international standards (including IAEA safety standards)- Knowledge of probabilistic tools (fault-tree, RBD)- Knowledge of requirements management- Knowledge of safety analysis methods (e.g., PIRT, MLD, HAZOP, FMECA, RAMI, PRA)- Good knowledge of the typical contents of nuclear safety reports (preliminary and final)- Additional skills:o Knowledge and application of ISO31000/2018,o Familiarity with prescriptive and non-prescriptive regulatory frameworks.- Orientation to the in-depth study of regulatory aspects- Good critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills- Fluent command of written and spoken English- Available for frequent travels, even at short notice.
