Responsibilities and Duties - Support the CFO on system implementation and integration of general accounting to managerial Accounting. - Collaborate with the General administration department and the Program management department to collect the information necessary for controlling department. - Implement and monitor Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting procedures. - Implement and monitor cost and revenue analysis activities related to the production process of goods and delivery of services. - Valuation and analysis of the contracts on order "Working in progress”. - Preparation of monthly reports and support the CFO in providing financial analysis and forecasting on relevant KPI (analysis actual versus budgeted data, constant monitoring of actual and variances). - Preparation of interim and annual financial statements in accordance with international standards. Qualification and Skills - Required Skills_ - Master’s degree in Economics or management engineering - Good knowledge of accounting records, financial statements and internal and inventory accounting. - Good knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and ERP systems (NAVISION and Business central suites are welcome). - English Language (written and spoken): B1 or greater. - Work passion and aptitude for continuous improvement. Teamwork oriented, also to support other company functions. Ability to operate with accuracy and precision. - Propensity to share work with the team and the CFO; relational and problem-solving skills. - 2 years of experience in controlling positions at least, preferably in manufacturing industries operating with “work to order” scheme - Previous experience in an auditing/consulting company is welcome.
