Ph3Job Description /h3 h3Role Summary /h3 pAs an bHR Generalist /b, you will manage a wide range of HR processes with responsibility in Fano and Cerreto d'Esi, in the Marche region of Italy, supporting the complete employee life cycle from hire to retire. You will report directly to the Manager HR LSE, Italy. /p pIn this role, you will collaborate closely with our external payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with Italian regulations. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys combining operational HR work with employee support and administrative excellence. /p h3Main Tasks /h3 h3Payroll Time Management /h3 ul liManage and administer monthly payroll (wages and salaries) in cooperation with our external payroll service provider. /li liEnsure accurate time management data, and coordinate with internal stakeholders on all payroll-related matters. /li liCommunicate with authorities, tax offices, social security and health insurance institutions. /li /ul h3Employee Support HR Administration /h3 ul liAct as the main point of contact for employees on HR, contractual, and payroll-related questions. /li liManage recurring HR processes such as salary reviews, bonus payments, long‑service awards, and special payments. /li liRecord all contract changes in HR SAP/SF system (working hours changes, transfers, salary adjustments, terminations, etc.). /li liCoordinate employee-focused HR activities such as anniversaries, probation period completions, and employee recognition events. /li /ul h3Recruiting Talent Acquisition /h3 ul liPrepare and publish internal and external job postings, ensuring compliance with Italian employment policies, laws, and regulations. /li liCoordinate with temporary employment agencies to fill hourly and non‑exempt roles. /li liScreen applications, conduct initial candidate interviews, and organize interview schedules. /li liMaintain and manage the applicant tracking system and prepare job offers and employment contracts. /li liRepresent the organization at job fairs and employer branding events. /li /ul h3Onboarding Integration /h3 ul liConduct onboarding, new-hire orientation, and induction programs. /li liCoordinate with hiring managers to ensure that new employees are properly integrated and equipped for success. /li /ul h3Profile description /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. /li liExperience in Italian payroll administration and employment law. /li liStrong knowledge of social security and tax regulations. /li liHands‑on experience with HR systems (SAP SF experience is an advantage). /li liExcellent communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset. /li liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. /li liAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. /li liFluency in Italian and good command of English. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
