Candidates who approach this opportunity with a long-term perspective will be considered with priority.The role offers flexible working arrangements: full-time on-site in Milan or part-time fully remote, with a defined monthly engagement.Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting senior advisors addressing clients needs, on a broad range of legal and governance matters, drafting and reviewing contracts including international agreements, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and communicating legal guidance clearly to business stakeholders.Ideal ProfileGCC places particular value on candidates who bring both legal excellence and a genuine understanding of business dynamics.
