You will operate more like a GM of revenue, with full /ppaccountability for growth across multiple cities. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppstrongRevenue Ownership /strong /pulliOwn total ticket revenue performance across all North American exhibitions /liliDevelop and manage revenue forecasts by city, week, and session /liliAllocate marketing budget dynamically to maximize return /li /ulpstrongGrowth Strategy Execution /strong /pulliBuild and lead a high-performance marketing team (5-person initial pod) /liliDefine channel strategy across paid media, partnerships, PR, and lifecycle /liliEstablish a culture of rapid testing and iteration /li /ulpstrongPerformance Optimization /strong /pulliDrive CAC, ROAS, and conversion rate improvements /liliOversee pricing and yield strategies /liliImplement weekly performance reviews and optimization cycles /li /ulpstrongCross-Functional Leadership /strong /pulliWork closely with operations, ticketing, and global HQ (Rome) /liliEnsure North American strategy is locally relevant and commercially optimized /li /ulpbr/ppstrongCandidate Profile /strong /pulli5-8 years in growth, performance marketing /liliExperience in D2C, marketplaces, ticketing, or high-volume consumer businesses /liliProven ownership of revenue targets ($10M+ scale preferred) /liliStrong analytical mindset with bias for action /liliExperience building and leading lean, high-performing teams /li /ulpbr/ppExperience in entertainment, live events, ticketing platforms, or high-volume transactional industries (such as travel or hospitality) is a strong plus. /ppbr/pp€65.000 – €75.000 Ral + MBO /ppbr/ppsede di lavoro: Roma con disponibilità di trasferta UE ed Extra UE /p
