PFGM Architects (FGMA) is seeking a senior-level IT Specialist III to join our IT team. As a key technical leader, this role will support the firm's infrastructure, guide IT strategy, and mentor junior team members. With a deep commitment to innovation, sustainability, and service, we work across multiple sectors including PK-12 and Higher Education, Municipal and Civic, Public Safety, Federal, and Faith-based projects. /ppbWhat You’ll Do /b /pulliAct as final-level technical escalation point for complex issues and systems (Newforma, Vision / Vantagepoint, etc.) /liliManage firmwide server room systems, including lifecycle planning and hardware upgrades /liliLead infrastructure efforts for office expansions and relocations /liliMaintain and review Group Policies and related server configurations /liliAdminister VMware and Panzura environments /liliLead cybersecurity strategies and remediation efforts /liliEvaluate new technologies and tools to improve firmwide IT performance /liliMentor and train new and existing IT team members /liliMaintain consistent documentation across all office systems and equipment /liliServe as a strategic partner to the IT Director in IT planning and project execution /li /ulpbWhat You Bring /b /ppBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)5+ years of progressive IT experience including infrastructure, server administration, and project leadershipStrong knowledge of Windows Server, Group Policy, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and cybersecurity practicesExperience with VMware environments and enterprise storage platforms (Panzura preferred)Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experienceProven ability to manage vendors and coordinate support across multiple locationsStrong communication and project coordination skills /ppbWhy Join Us /b /ppWe offer a supportive and flexible culture focused on growth and collaboration.
