About the opportunity
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our growing Customer Service team. This is an excellent chance to build an international career while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere in Greece whether you live on the mainland or one of the islands.
No prior experience required full training is included to ensure your success in the role.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Offer product or service information with professionalism and empathy.
- Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate teams when required.
What we are looking for:
- Fluency in Italian C2 level.
- English level: minimum B2 (intermediate) or higher.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely.
- Stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
