Have an in-depth understanding of Events environment together with the skills and industry knowledge required to organize an event from A to Z. Also prepare events budgets, conduct research and analyze post-course activities. Support the design, facilitation and the implementation of education experiences for health care professionals. /p h3How You\'ll Create Impact /h3 ul liOrganization of, and participation in, the development of meeting goals objectives under the MedTech Europe guidelines and Zimmer Biomet Corporate Compliance program. /li liAssist in planning for events and booth development for congresses /li liPreparation of budgets (preliminary, working and final meeting budgets) /li liContract negotiations with hotels, conference centers, destination management companies, production companies, transportation companies, and other miscellaneous vendors. /li liManages technology vendor interaction for digital events deployment (sets up event, registration page); serves as the liaison between the customer, sales, marketing, medical education and the vendor to ensure that expectations are being met /li liOn-site execution focused on the Customer Experience. /li liEnsure outcome of the meetings, as well as corporate events and congresses, align to Corporate Goals Objectives. /li liDevelop event materials, manage food beverage (FB), Time Events schedules (TE), Arrival Departures manifests (AD manifests), Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), housing lists and confirmation notices, HCPs process related requirements both internal and external. /li liEffectively interface with a diverse group of internal and external personnel to include senior management, distributors, sales associates, customers, travel office and vendors. /li liManage post-event duties including invoice reconciliation, charge backs and expense analysis. /li liAnalyze the event’s success and prepare reports /li liWorking directly with surgeon educators, delegates, and the EMEA and local Marketing team to deliver the plan. /li liAssistance with the administration of the Engagement Order process in Medispend system and financials with Hive9 system. /li liResponsible for ensuring that all participants are selected, approved and registered through CVENT for all events /li liConduct accurate learning needs analysis to ensure appropriateness of instructional materials. /li liAssist in assessing the instructional effectiveness of course formats and materials that are produced. /li /ul h3What Makes You Stand Out /h3 ul libEducation /b: Degree in commercial education or commercial apprenticeship preferably in the meeting and congress industry or other commercial industry or similar or other non-US equivalent certification. /li libProfessional experience /b: 3-5 years’ experience meeting and congress planning industry.
