Silca is the global leader in the development and production of Keys and Key Duplication Systems. The Company is part of the Key & Wall Solutions and OEM (KWO) business Segment of dormakaba, a world-renowned player in Access Solution Technology.
We are looking for an HR Learning & Development professional based in our HQ office in Vittorio Veneto (TV) who will report to the Senior Vice President HR of the KWO Segment.
You will be in charge of the delivery of Training activities, implementation of Development strategies, and Performance management process for the EMEA Sites, and provide support to Local HR for other Regions.
Responsibilities in your new Role:
* Definition of yearly training plan and budget for population in scope, according to business needs and manager requests.
* Be the point of contact for training initiatives.
* Day-to-day training delivery about Mandatory & Safety, Technical and Soft skill Courses.
* Definition of training programs, detection of suppliers or internal trainers, oversight on training sessions.
* Working on Talent strategy projects.
* Monitor training effectiveness.
* Be responsible for training reporting and KPI.
* Oversee Performance Management process delivery.
