As T3 Project Lead in the Engineering & Maintenance Team, you drive strategic capital projects and ensure safe, compliant facility operations. You join a cross-functional environment focused on delivering end-to-end capital project delivery up to 5M, from feasibility to close-out, while upholding GMP and regulatory standards. You shape process and facility design, align with vendors, and report on KPIs to support site objectives. This role offers impact across safety, quality and project performance in a pioneering biopharma setting.

- Lead Tier 3 capital project studies and drive stage gate reviews
- Deliver end-to-end capital projects up to 5M including initiation, feasibility, design, execution, C&Q, handover and close-out
- Develop PFD, P&ID, BFD, material and energy balances, instrument data sheets, and technical specifications/URS for RFQ
- Provide monthly reporting on project KPIs for safety, cost, schedule, and resources
- Ensure compliance with Sanofi and regulatory standards (GMP, FDA) and safety policies
- Promote a safety-first, quality-focused culture applying SMS 2.0 and TRT methods
- Staff engineering project resources and coordinate cross-functional workforce planning
- Coordinate technical alignment with vendors and supplier quotations
Responsabilità
- Capital project engineering or project delivery experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, process engineering, or facilities (utilities)
- Project management experience with budgets, schedules, risk, and multi-discipline capex projects
- Familiarity with GMP, FDA, ISPE guidelines and building/construction standards
- Stakeholder and people management in a matrix organization
- Commissioning and qualification knowledge; knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and automation in pharma environments
- Proficiency with computer-aided design and project tools (ACAD, Microsoft Project) and data handling
- Strong communication, risk assessment, changes evaluation, and resource planning abilities
