Within the Procurement Department, we are looking for a Procurement Senior Operator to support Project Procurement activities across the full project lifecycle. The role requires a high level of autonomy, strong coordination skills and the ability to operate with limited supervision from PPC, especially in advanced project phases.
Key responsibilities
Commercial Phase
* Support vendor qualification checks in coordination with Group Business Services
* Support cost analysis activities together with Estimating and Purchasing Department
* Issue and expedite NDAs and RFIs
* Support the collection and expediting of Technical and Commercial Offers
* Prepare and update Inquiry Reports and simplified Commercial Bid Histories
* Upload procurement documentation in dedicated SharePoint areas
Project Execution Phase
* Support the full procurement lifecycle from Material Requisition to delivery at site and PO close‐out
* Ensure proper filing and traceability of procurement documentation
* Act, when required and in coordination with SMM, as Buyer for minor Purchase Orders and amendments
* Update corporate Material Management databases
* Interface with Vendors, Site Teams, Partners, Branches and internal functions
* Provide timely feedback on procurement‐related critical issues
Advanced Project Phase (Senior Role)
* Support Purchase Order review and amendments management
* Perform contract administration activities, interfacing with administration departments
* Manage back charges towards Vendors
* Support the definition and application of Liquidated Damages, in coordination with PPC and administration department and contract procurement
Additional responsibilities
* Provide on‐the‐job training and operational support to junior procurement resources
* Ensure consistent use of Supply Chain Tools, standards and company methodologies
Profile
* Solid experience in project procurement, preferably in EPC environments
* Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
* Strong coordination and documentation skills
* Familiarity with contract administration and post‐order activities
* Good communication skills in an international project environment
