Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs. Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies. Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies. Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts. Working closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. Driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Assessing current infrastructure and proposing effective migration strategies to AWS. Managing implementation processes and risks throughout the project. Ensuring adherence to best practices and optimizing performance.
25% of work time may involve domestic travel to carry out job duties.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm. Salary Range $163,550 - $177,600
Basic Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Business Administration, or related field and 5 years of post‑baccalaureate progressive experience in the role offered or as a Developer, Engineer, or in a related occupation.
2. At least 2 years of experience in the following skills:
o Architecting cloud infrastructure solutions using compute, storage, database, networking, and security services.
o Supporting large‑scale, multi‑tiered, multi‑threaded, distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services.
o Designing enterprise contact center solutions using Amazon Connect, including omnichannel customer engagement strategies.
o Implementing natural language understanding conversational AI using the Amazon Lex framework.
o Programming experience with Python, SQL, and Bash.
o Troubleshooting systemic problems in Windows, Linux, or Unix‑based environments.
