Lead and support maintenance operations, ensuring equipment runs efficiently and reliablyManage plant projects from concept to completion—on time and within budgetOversee equipment installation, testing, and production start‐upsDrive continuous improvement through data analysis (breakdowns, PMs, costs)Partner with suppliers, engineering, and production teams to optimize performanceSupport capital projects, including feasibility and implementation (RCA process)Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and quality standards (FSSC, GMPs)Coach, develop, and lead maintenance technicians to build a strong, accountable teamCoordinate staffing, scheduling, and performance management for your teamFoster strong communication across shifts and departments
What You Bring
Associate's degree in Management or Maintenance‐related field (Engineering degree preferred)3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/maintenance or 5+ years of progressive leadership experienceStrong technical background: electrical, mechanical, PLCs, VFDs, welding, machiningExperience with equipment installation, start‐up, and commissioningKnowledge of CMMS and preventative maintenance systemsFamiliarity with food manufacturing, GMPs, HACCP, and ISO standards (preferred)A leadership style that builds trust, accountability, and continuous improvement
