We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Specialist
to support the
digital transformation journey
and help drive brand growth across multiple touchpoints. This role will play a key part in optimizing digital strategy, enhancing online brand presence, and improving the performance of paid media, owned assets and eCommerce channels.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Planning & Media Optimization
Support the development and execution of tailored digital strategies by product category and brand, aligned with business goals and regulatory frameworks;
Actively contribute to the optimization of digital media campaigns, with a focus on performance, innovation and creative assets;
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize retail media and marketplace visibility. 2. Data, Measurement & Performance Analytics
Leverage data capabilities across all brand websites and eCommerce touchpoints to generate actionable insights and enhance online presence;
Monitor and report on digital performance using key analytics platforms (e.g. GA4, GSC, Semrush) to guide optimization decisions;
Support the adoption and interpretation of advanced measurement frameworks (e.g MMM and Media Lift Analysis) to continuously improve media effectiveness. 3. UX, SEO & Website Performance Optimization
Assist in enhancing brand websites with a mobile-first, performance-oriented mindset;
Contribute to SEO strategy and implementation to strengthen organic visibility and support eCommerce traffic growth;
Continuously support UX/SEO enhancements on site and take part in onboarding a new web agency. 4. eCommerce Acceleration
Collaborate with Sales and external partners to strengthen eCommerce performance across marketplaces and key e-retailers;
Optimize product visibility, content quality, and retail media activation to support online sell-out
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields;
At least 5 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role, ideally in healthcare industries;
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with Paid Media platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, Meta);
Strong familiarity with Google Analytics;
Working knowledge of SEO principles, UX best practices, and CMS platforms;
Understanding of eCommerce platforms and marketing practices.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
Team-oriented, with excellent collaboration and communication skills and a positive attitude;
Well organized in managing multiple priorities
