Job Description: The role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, manages the full order lifecycle, and works closely with internal departments on a daily basis to ensure their needs are met effectively while maintaining excellent internal and external communication flows. Key responsibilities: Manage customer orders for both new products and series products, ensuring accuracy and timely processing Coordinate logistics activities related to orders, including transport bookings and the management of customer-owned packaging flows Oversee CSR activities and related processes Maintain and update master data (customers, products, etc.) and manage price lists - Handle administrative tasks related to invoicing adjustments, including debit and credit notes Ensure effective management of internal and external communication flows Education & Required Skills: High school diploma and/or bachelor’s degree Even brief experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector Native-level Italian and fluent English; knowledge of an additional language (French and/or German) is considered a plus Digital mindset and familiarity with major ERP systems Teamwork attitude, with a dynamic and flexible approach
