Executive Assistant / Office Manager Working directly with our Founder & CEO, you’ll be required to manage priorities to foster growth and success. To keep things running seamlessly, we need a detail-oriented and adaptable professional to provide comprehensive administrative, financial, and operational support. Key Responsibilities - Calendar & Scheduling: Manage appointments, meetings, and travel plans to maximise efficiency. - Accounts Administration: Oversee account reconciliations, process invoices, and maintain accurate financial records. - Database Management & Reporting: Maintain and update spreadsheets, and assist in generating reports and presentations. - Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, document preparation, and general office tasks. - Business Development Support: Handle general admin tasks to support business growth objectives. - Task Coordination: Track projects, deadlines, and priorities to keep the CEO aligned with business objectives. - Event Coordination: Organise events, book venues, and manage logistics. - Problem Solving: Step in to handle unexpected challenges and implement solutions. This is a newly created role, offering you the opportunity to design and introduce processes that improve office efficiency.What We’re Looking For - Within easy commute of Montebelluna - English language as mother tongue - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Manager. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - A proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving. - Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
