Your role
We are looking for a Process Engineer who will join the Process Engineering Team of EssilorLuxottica, specifically as a Process Expert for Surface Modification Treatments.
Main responsibilitiesWork on Surface Modification Treatments, like Polishing and Barreling, to solve issues and perform process improvements, both for metal and plastic.
Define and work on technological roadmaps for Surface Modification processes.
Collaborate with suppliers for new process introduction.
Actively collaborate to process standardization across the whole organization, globally.
Identify and execute cost savings initiatives.
Act as a consultant for Surfaces related topic for all other specialists internally in the team or even externally across the organization.
Support all the technical streams (Metal, Acetate, Injected frames) for processes improvements and in
