As a Field-based Product Support Specialist, you will provide technical expertise to sales teams, resellers, and customers during the sales and clinical phases. You will support MAKO robotic procedures and conventional joint replacement surgeries, ensuring high-quality service and training at theatres and clinics. This role combines hands‐on product support with regional collaboration to uphold best‐in‐class service. You'll operate with autonomy, applying specialized knowledge to resolve issues and enable successful outcomes.

* Serve existing and new customers in theatre and clinical settings
* Support MAKO robotic procedures and manual joint replacements
* Deliver training on Stryker products to theatre and HCP staff
* Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and region team to maintain service levels

* Organize and conduct training workshops and events for customers

* Understand local healthcare environment and regional strategy

Responsabilità
* Bachelor in Engineering
* Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience
* Native or C2 Italian; C1 English
* Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry
