Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive andproductive work environment. Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,including healthcare professionals, distributors, retail partners, and regulatory bodies. Performance Monitoring : Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure continuousimprovement and achievement of targets. Qualifications: • At least 5 to 10 years of management experience in an international environment with a strongtrack record in the FMCG sector. • Experience ideally in Personal and Oral Care and/or other FMCG categories. • Proven track record of managing clients and sales in retail channels. • A strong track record of achieving strong sales growth and strategic business objectives. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Fluent in both Italian and English, with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. • A genuine passion for health, hygiene, and consumer well-being.
