In this role, you will serve as a subject matter authority for the application of safe, compliant operational practices and demonstrate compliance with company policy, work processes, programs and standards that comply with environmental, health and safety regulations. /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3ulliSupport the plant manager in facilitating the community and governmental interaction and the external reputation. /liliSupport contractor environmental, health and safety requirements during construction phase and help test and evaluate environmental, health and safety performance according to design during project startup phase. /liliPartner with regional domain and country environmental, health and safety to support management of site impact assessments, operating permits and construction permits. /liliSupport suitable training content and delivery mode, in line with global, regional and national requirements, conduct gap assessment to identify training needs, adjust curriculum to reflect site specific needs and deliver training. /liliOrganize health surveillance of the site(s) in collaboration with the competent doctor. /liliTake on the role of RSPP for the requested sites / office. /liliManage and organize ISO 45001 certification audits and other certifications as required. /liliAttend, organize and report on safety meetings. /liliConduct internal audits at other company sites as well. /liliCollaborate and support the employer in the site / office during the risk assessment process. /liliSupport the plant manager in obtaining the necessary operating permits /liliCollaborate with the authorities to obtain and maintain permits. /liliPrepare the reports required by the permits for the authorities. /liliSupport the plant manager during inspections by the authorities /liliUnderstand, localize and integrate company and legally required work processes, programs and controls into site level operating procedures, tools and work instructions to standardize front line processes and monitor, analyze and adjust for improved performance. /liliIndependently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3h3Minimum Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience /liliDemonstrated work experience in EHS /liliRSPP qualification, according to art. 32 81 / 08 e Accordo stato regioni 7 / 7 / 2016 /liliKnowledge of advanced Italian language and English (medium) /liliMS Office Suite /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliSafety Trainer Qualification in accordance with Decreto Interministeriale del 6 marzo 2013. /liliConfirmed ability to deliver processes effectively to optimize business resources /liliStrong scientific and mathematical knowledge /liliSolid working knowledge of food safety industry practices and standards /liliBasic business acumen and the ability to partner and communicate effectively with business counterparts /liliISO 45001 : 2015 ISO 19011 : 2018 internal auditor qualification /li /ulpLI-CH1 /ph3Our Offer /h3pWe provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
