Role Overview
As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of business and functional requirements, including collection from stakeholders, definition, design, alignment, prioritization, and monitoring through project methodologies. You will oversee software implementation iterations, ensuring practices and behaviors align with Trace One’s methodology, and that project goals, scope, and domain are well understood by all team members.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead workshop sessions with customers to capture and document requirements effectively.
2. Manage multiple projects concurrently according to statements of work.
3. Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, and prototypes.
4. Collaborate with project managers, product teams, regulatory, and other departments to design solutions within project constraints.
5. Design solutions in partnership with the Enterprise Solution Architect, using Business Blueprint documents.
6. Refine and document detailed user requirements to assist Development and QA teams.
7. Work with project teams to enforce best practices and optimize core product reuse, refining requirements with Professional Services and end customers as needed.
8. Validate products during development phases following project methodologies.
9. Support QA processes, including developing user acceptance criteria.
10. Assist in training for Services, Sales, and Marketing teams.
11. Develop and share PLM solution expertise.
12. Contribute to business case development for innovation proposals.
13. Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams with RFIs and RFPs as required.
14. Coordinate with third-party entities such as system integrators and consultants.

* Experience in PLM software implementations, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Educational and Experience Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in developing functional requirements, use cases, and business process modeling, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector.
* Knowledge of the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Experience with software design and modeling tools such as UML.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
